1 General Terms and Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the xbije website, mobile interface, and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform"). The Platform is operated by xbije and is made available to eligible users in Bangladesh and other permitted territories. By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or accessing any game on the xbije Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account. xbije reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated via a notice on the Platform and, where material, by email to your registered address. Your continued use of the Platform following any such modification constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms must be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any specific promotional terms, the specific promotional terms shall prevail for the duration of that promotion only.

2 Eligibility and Age Restriction

Access to the xbije Platform is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and at all subsequent times during which you use the Platform.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not explicitly prohibited for your personal use.
• You are not acting on behalf of any third party. All accounts must be operated by the registered account holder personally.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of xbije or any of its affiliated companies, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
• You have not previously had an xbije account suspended or permanently closed for breach of these Terms.
• You are opening only one account per household. Multiple accounts per individual or per residential address are strictly prohibited.

xbije takes the issue of underage gambling extremely seriously. If you have reason to believe that a person under the age of 18 has gained access to the Platform, please contact our support team at [email protected] immediately. We will investigate and take appropriate action without delay.

3 Account Registration and Verification

To access the full range of features on the xbije Platform, you are required to register a personal account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. You must promptly update your account information if any of these details change.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

xbije operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) policy in accordance with responsible gaming and fraud prevention best practices. As part of this policy, we may request documentation to verify your identity, age, and payment method ownership at any stage of your account lifecycle, including but not limited to:

• At the time of first withdrawal or when cumulative withdrawals exceed a threshold determined by our compliance team.
• When our fraud detection systems flag unusual account activity.
• When you request a significant change to your registered account details.
• When required to comply with any applicable regulations or requests from relevant authorities.

Acceptable identity documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving license. Proof of address documents include utility bills or bank statements dated within three months. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

Account Security Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. xbije will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

xbije supports a range of payment methods tailored to the Bangladesh market, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, Mastercard, and USDT. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) unless otherwise specified for crypto transactions.

Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and may be subject to change.
• Deposits are credited to your xbije wallet in real time for mobile money methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) and within one to two business days for bank transfers.
• xbije does not charge any platform fee on deposits. However, your payment service provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which xbije accepts no responsibility.
• You may only deposit funds from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will trigger an account review.

Withdrawals

• Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and compliance checks before processing. xbije reserves the right to request additional documentation before releasing funds.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible, as part of our anti-money-laundering (AML) policy.
• Standard processing time for approved withdrawals is 15 to 30 minutes for mobile money methods and one to two business days for bank transfers.
• Bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal until those requirements are satisfied.
• xbije reserves the right to delay any withdrawal pending investigation if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or violation of these Terms.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

xbije offers a range of bonuses, promotions, free bets, and loyalty rewards to eligible players. All promotional offers are subject to specific terms that will be clearly communicated at the point of offer. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless otherwise stated in the specific promotional terms:

• Bonuses are available to registered, verified players who are aged 18 and above only. New player bonuses are available to first-time depositors only — one per person, household, and IP address.
• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement, which specifies how many times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit, as stated) must be wagered before a withdrawal can be made. Wagering requirements will be clearly stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Different game types contribute differently towards wagering requirements. Typically, slots contribute 100%, while live casino and table games may contribute a lower percentage. Specific contribution rates are stated per promotion.
• Bonuses have an expiry period, usually 7 to 30 days from the date of issue. Any unmet wagering requirement at the time of expiry will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being voided.
• xbije reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time and without prior notice in cases of suspected abuse, error, or technical fault.
• Promotions may not be combined unless explicitly stated. Players may only participate in one welcome bonus offer.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

All sports betting markets, casino games, crash games, and other wagering products on the xbije Platform are governed by specific rules applicable to each product type. By placing a bet or participating in any game, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the applicable game or market rules.

Sports Betting

• All bets are placed at the odds displayed at the time of confirmation. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled except where the cash-out feature is available and active for that market.
• xbije reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market that was offered in error, including in cases of incorrect odds or market descriptions.
• In the event of a sporting event being postponed, abandoned, or otherwise not completed under the rules applicable to that sport, xbije will apply the voiding or settlement rules as stated in the specific sport betting rules document.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all markets and may vary by sport, event, and market type. These limits are displayed at the time of bet placement.

Casino and Crash Games

• All casino games use certified random number generators (RNGs) audited by independent third parties. The theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each game is available in the individual game information panel.
• In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or technical error, xbije reserves the right to void the relevant game round and return stakes to the affected player's account.
• The outcome of crash games is determined by a provably fair algorithm. Players are advised to familiarise themselves with the specific rules of each crash game before playing.

7 User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct

By using the xbije Platform, you agree to conduct yourself in a lawful, honest, and respectful manner at all times. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and/or referral to relevant authorities:

• Opening or operating more than one account on the xbije Platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other criminal purpose.
• Attempting to exploit software vulnerabilities, glitches, or errors in any game or betting system.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players, including in live poker or table game environments.
• Charging back, reversing, or disputing any payment made to xbije through your payment provider without first raising the matter with our customer support team.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing xbije staff or other platform users through any communication channel.
• Attempting to access, hack, or interfere with the Platform's systems, servers, or databases.

xbije monitors all accounts and transactions for compliance with these obligations. Our risk management and fraud teams operate around the clock to identify and address prohibited conduct. Players found in violation of these obligations will have their accounts closed and any outstanding balances may be withheld pending investigation.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the xbije Platform, including but not limited to the xbije brand name and logo, website design, graphics, text, images, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials, is the exclusive intellectual property of xbije or its licensed content partners. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial gaming and entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or republish any content from the Platform without prior written consent from xbije.
• Modify, create derivative works from, or reverse engineer any part of the Platform or its software.
• Use the xbije brand name, logo, or trademarks in any manner that suggests endorsement, affiliation, or sponsorship without explicit written approval.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Platform using automated tools.

Game content, including titles, mechanics, and audiovisual assets, remains the intellectual property of the respective game providers — including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi — and is licensed to xbije for use on the Platform.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, xbije excludes all liability for any loss or damage of any kind arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings due to technical failures, network interruptions, or system downtime not caused by wilful misconduct on the part of xbije.
• Loss of data arising from technical issues, maintenance periods, or force majeure events beyond xbije's reasonable control.
• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or business opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Actions or omissions of third-party payment processors, game providers, or internet service providers.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits xbije's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law. xbije's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to xbije in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10 Account Suspension and Closure

xbije reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or criminal conduct.
• Detection of prohibited conduct as outlined in Section 7 of these Terms.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from the player's payment provider.
• A request from a regulatory, law enforcement, or judicial authority.

Voluntary Account Closure

You may request the closure of your xbije account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. If you are requesting closure for responsible gaming reasons, we encourage you to also activate our self-exclusion tools, which provide an additional layer of protection by preventing re-registration during the exclusion period.

Upon account closure, any remaining verified real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method within five to seven business days, provided all KYC requirements have been met and no active investigation is ongoing. Bonus balances are not withdrawable upon closure unless the applicable wagering requirements have been fully met.

11 Privacy and Data Use

Data is shared with trusted service providers only where necessary to operate the Platform and in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

12 Amendments to These Terms

xbije reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered users via email to their registered address and/or by posting a prominent notice on the Platform. Non-material changes (such as typographical corrections or clarifications) may be made without specific notification.

The most current version of these Terms will always be available at /terms-conditions. The effective date at the top of this document reflects the date of the most recent update. We encourage all players to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes.

If you do not agree with any amendment to these Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact us to close your account. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
